Q. Can I order my miniatures direct through 2TS?
A. Yes you can, we would love to order your miniatures. It saves you from having to pay to ship the miniatures here and then have them shipped back to you upon completion. For prices and availability of miniatures just drop us an email and we will get you a quote. At this time 2TS can not order Citadel Finecast models.
Q. Is there a discount for ordering my miniatures through 2TS?
A. Actually yes there is... IF you order your models through 2TS and have me paint them for you I will extend a 15% discount off of MSRP on the models, and Resin bases from Secret Weapon Miniatures. As an introductory offer (since its new to me) there is a 20% discount on Infinity models.
Q. I live overseas, can I still order my miniatures through 2TS?
A. Yes it might just take a little longer to get to you.
Q. When I request a quote, how long is that quote good for?
A. All quotes are good for 30 days from the date on the quote. Quotes that include bags or trays from Battle Foam are good for 30 days unless there is a price adjustment from them. Same goes for quotes that include any kind of miniatures, gaming aides and accessories. 2TS can not control if and when a company will change its rates.
Q. I saw on studio blog that there is a Reaver Titan from Forgeworld in the works. Can I order one of those through 2TS?
A. Yes you can. Quotes for Forgeworld products are good for 48 hours because of the ever shifting economy. Exchange rates will affect the quote one way or the other. More often than not it doesnt change more than a tiny bit at a time. just know that if the order is not high enough to meet the Free Shipping from Forgeworld that shipping rate will be added to your quote. Also with quotes involving Forgeworld there is an additional 10% tacked on for the extra processing.
Q. How can I pay for my commission work/resin bases/Battle Foam?
A. At this time we only accept Paypal (2tonstudios@gmail.com). Though... if you are local to the Wichita, Kansas and the surrounding areas we can meet you at one of the local game shops if you want to pay in cash. Also if you are local there are no extra charges for shipping (unless BF is ordered... you do have to pay for that).
Q. Do I have to pay for the commission in full up front?
A. Actually this is a yes and a no as well. For commission jobs less than $150US must be paid in full. For jobs from $150 to $499 50% down. Jobs from $500 to $999 a 20% down deposit is required. Jobs $1000+ only 10% down is required. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Now here is the drawback to this, if you are given an estimated completion date you have 14 days from that date to have the entire commission paid in full. If you do not require a specific completion date you have 30 days from the date of completion to have the commission paid in full. The models will not be shipped or released to you until the commission is completely paid for. IF the commission is not paid for in full by that date the miniatures become the property of 2 Ton Studios. At that point the models will be auctioned off on ebay or another site to get paid for the job. Any profit beyond the remaining balance due will be given to charity (most likely the Wounded Warriors Foundation). So if you want to make payments... you have been warned as to what happens if you don't pay up.
